Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing high-complexity projects from initiation to closure, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and global customers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery in a remote setting, primarily for candidates located on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage projects from ideation through execution, including scope, timeline, and coordination with engineers and architects
• Proactively manage a backlog of user stories or activities to drive project progress
• Provide executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Progressive experience managing software delivery or complex technical projects with enterprise customers
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI, agile/scrum, and software SDLC
• Experience using various project management and/or agile tools
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably in an agile and/or DevOps environment
