Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer in the USA - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with escalated customer engagements and investigate technical issues
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience with specific products
  • Advanced proficiency with PingFederate and either PingAccess or PingDirectory
  • Experience with Linux and Windows server OS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC, LDAP, networking, and internet protocols
  • Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications and familiarity with APIs and scripting languages
