Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer in the USA - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with escalated customer engagements and investigate technical issues
- Manage customer expectations and communicate proactively
- Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience with specific products
- Advanced proficiency with PingFederate and either PingAccess or PingDirectory
- Experience with Linux and Windows server OS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC, LDAP, networking, and internet protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications and familiarity with APIs and scripting languages
