Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer (USA - Pacific Timezone).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert, providing comprehensive technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, ensuring effective communication throughout the resolution process
  • Take ownership of customer issues, managing them from initiation to resolution while contributing to the internal knowledge base and mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications
  • Based in the USA and able to work in the Pacific timezone
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals and experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
