Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to assist customers in complex development environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first contact point for new customer support requests
  • Drive technical issues to resolution through in-depth investigations and customer relationship management
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical support experience
  • 2-3 years of previous technical customer support experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident capable of obtaining a US Government Security clearance
  • Any Salesforce certification is a plus
