Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to assist customers in complex development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact point for new customer support requests
- Drive technical issues to resolution through in-depth investigations and customer relationship management
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical support experience
- 2-3 years of previous technical customer support experience
- Experience with Salesforce and/or DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident capable of obtaining a US Government Security clearance
- Any Salesforce certification is a plus
