Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and improve US benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist in developing job architecture frameworks and conduct job evaluations
  • Analyze compensation data and provide insights for competitive salary structures

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards
  • Experience in equity plan administration and design
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis
