Key Responsibilities
- Administer and improve US benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist in developing job architecture frameworks and conduct job evaluations
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights for competitive salary structures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards
- Experience in equity plan administration and design
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis
