Senior UKG Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior UKG Configuration Analyst will manage UKG configuration activities, supporting operational excellence and product enhancements for timekeeping, accruals, and other HR functions across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain UKG modules related to timekeeping, attendance, and workforce management
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance enterprise systems and deliver seamless user experiences
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in HR technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Pro, or UKG Dimensions
- Proven experience in configuring timekeeping, attendance, and payroll integration processes within UKG
- Experience in supporting timekeeping compliance requirements and state-specific labor regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and deploy system enhancements across UKG environments
