Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a multi-coverage book of business
- Work closely with agents and brokers to assess risks and negotiate deals
- Maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders and ensure profitability
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in underwriting profitable Middle Market Multiline business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on strategizing and building successful relationships
- Ability to manage a profitable book of Property and Casualty insurance
- Experience in writing new accounts with varying premiums and complexity
- Proficient in documenting and compiling comprehensive account reviews and underwriting guidelines
