Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Union Paymaster I to join their Union Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming union payroll, verifying calculations and hand-breaking timecards
• Assist and service clients regarding payroll production and compliance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain payroll processing accuracy and provide suggestions for team efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the entertainment payroll industry
• Clear understanding of entertainment payroll collective bargaining agreements
• Four-year college degree is ideal
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to accommodate workload and client needs
