Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to contribute to the strategic direction and success of digital user experiences across complex products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to execute product vision and strategy
- Drive the design process from concept to implementation, including wireframes and prototypes
- Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- Proven experience in creating impactful user interfaces
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Figma (Miro, Lucid)
- Understanding of market trends and user needs in digital products
