Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior UX Product Designer for a contract-to-hire position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to create product requirements and creative briefs
- Conduct ideation sessions, create wireframes, and advocate for user-centered design
- Mentor junior designers and develop effective interactive design solutions within project timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective design solutions
- Experience with design systems and component frameworks
- Proficiency in digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Invision
- Experience with design sprints and rapid ideation processes
