Senior Validation Analyst

Job Summary

Leading strategic validation initiatives, the full-time Senior Validation Analyst will manage technology assessments, validation efforts, and operational support for GxP technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead system validation efforts, including developing validation deliverables and managing validation projects
• Support the validated state of applications through change management and periodic review activities
• Investigate incidents during validation, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, life sciences, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a Quality or Technical role with direct validation leadership experience
• Experience with validation and maintenance of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in a GxP environment
• Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical/CRO industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
