Senior Vendor Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Performance Analyst to assess and monitor vendor performance in outsourced activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply performance metrics and KPIs to analyze and report vendor performance
• Prepare reports on vendor performance and assist in developing corrective action plans
• Coordinate projects and activities of multiple Vendor Operations Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or relevant field
• 5+ years in operations/processing position required
• 3+ years of analytical and data processing experience required
• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
