Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster in Syracuse, New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, handling claims in accordance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' license in New York
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Bachelor's Degree (desired)
