SEO and AI Search Lead

Job Summary

Owning organic performance end-to-end, the remote SEO and AI Search Lead will drive traffic, signups, and share of voice in AI answers while setting the roadmap for SEO initiatives and repositioning the platform in AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Own organic growth by driving SEO and AEO/AIO performance across traffic, signups, and share of voice in AI answers
• Set and run the roadmap, including keyword research, publishing priorities, and link strategy
• Reposition the platform in LLMs and manage technical SEO aspects such as site health and indexation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in SEO with a track record of driving traffic and signups at a SaaS or product-led company
• Hands-on experience with AEO/AIO and familiarity with tools like Profound
• Experience in Reddit and citation building, with a strong understanding of how Reddit impacts search rankings
• Technical SEO expertise, capable of discussing indexation, schema, and Core Web Vitals with engineers
• Experience in programmatic SEO, designing and scaling high-quality page systems
