Job Summary
Detail-oriented and client-focused, the full-time Client Service Associate will manage client inquiries, assist with account-related questions, and proactively enhance client satisfaction while working remotely with a financial advisory team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via various communication channels
- Assist clients with account-related questions and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, and prepare for client meetings, collaborating with relationship managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years in financial services or client service roles, with experience in wealth management being a plus
- Knowledge of financial products and services; obtaining Series 65 license within the first 12 months is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
