Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Assurance Supervisor to support Operations and Service Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and audit operations performance for high service delivery
- Design and execute the Service Assurance program for consistent quality in member/client services
- Oversee staffing and scheduling of the Service Assurance team to optimize resources
Required Qualifications
- A college degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in data entry
- Experience in customer service and a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demands
