Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst - Ops Lead to oversee backend revenue cycle operations focused on KPI and SLA performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with service delivery leadership and teams to enhance revenue cycle delivery for large care organizations
- Lead operational enhancements and standardization by leveraging best practices and technology
- Maintain accountability for insurance claim functions, denials, and remediation operations
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of acute revenue cycle operational experience
- 3-4 years of experience in operations, finance, and data analytics
- Proven project management skills with complex system integrations
- Strong financial, economic, analytical, and technical acumen
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities
