Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery CSM II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client interface for customer service handling of Inventory Control and Asset Decommissioning
- Manage Asset tracking and reporting for the Life-cycle management of assets
- Manage third party vendors for warranty management and process improvement associated with asset disposal
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years of Large Enterprise Program management experience required
- Executive Level Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience
- Detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
