Job Summary

- Create and assign service requests while monitoring incoming client requests
- Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure communication regarding incident progress
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience in a Managed Services environment
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to match technical resources to issues appropriately
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Typing skills for accurate entry of service request details
