Job Summary

Providing daily support for ServiceNow, the full-time remote ServiceNow Administrator will manage incident and change management tasks, create and maintain user roles, and collaborate with service managers to meet customer objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Support daily operations of ServiceNow, including incident management and service catalog tasks
  • Create and maintain user roles and access within the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and manage system specifications, testing criteria, and project controls for ServiceNow enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in ServiceNow administration or a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Understanding of Azure Provisioning, SSO, and general systems integrations
  • Ability to learn new systems and work directly with customers to implement solutions
  • Experience collaborating with development team members
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of ServiceNow service management operations and ITIL processes
