Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for ServiceNow implementations
- Manage data migration activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level or above
- Minimum of 3 years experience implementing ServiceNow solutions for Journeyman role
- At least 2 years working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Minimum of 1 year in administration of a ServiceNow instance
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
