Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect (Remote) to join a growing consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development
- Design comprehensive ServiceNow roadmaps and solutions tailored to client needs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM implementations
- Expertise in JavaScript, web services integration (SOAP, REST, JSON), and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HR
