ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to join their Enterprise Applications Team in a remote-friendly position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee requirements for ServiceNow systems and integrations with core application platforms
- Manage project scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
- Document business stakeholder requirements and ensure SOX compliance for ServiceNow
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related software field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly with ServiceNow
- Proven expertise in internal IT managed systems and project management
- Extensive change management experience, especially with ServiceNow projects
- Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies and foundational skills in Java, JavaScript, and XML
