Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Idea and Demand Manager (Journeyman) to assist in the "Intake" process for their client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Ideation process, ensuring Ideas and Demands are captured, evaluated, and prioritized
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define Demand Business Cases, Scope, Objectives, Timelines, and Financials
- Drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform for Intake and Demand management across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years managing projects at the Enterprise level
- 2+ years of experience in IT Service Management
- Experience in managing Intake and Demand processes, specifically within ServiceNow
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
