Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Idea and Demand Manager (Journeyman) to assist in the "Intake" process for their client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Ideation process, ensuring Ideas and Demands are captured, evaluated, and prioritized
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Demand Business Cases, Scope, Objectives, Timelines, and Financials
  • Drive adoption of the ServiceNow platform for Intake and Demand management across the organization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years managing projects at the Enterprise level
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Service Management
  • Experience in managing Intake and Demand processes, specifically within ServiceNow
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
