Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to implement best practices and innovative technologies
- Optimize database design and queries for improved performance within ServiceNow
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS/React, REST/SOAP APIs, and Glide scripting
- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules and a strong understanding of ITIL-based processes
- ServiceNow Administrator/Developer certification(s) strongly preferred
