Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Developer responsible for software configuration and customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide software configuration and customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
- Implement ServiceNow SPM features such as Client Scripts, UI policies, and Business Rules
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting SPM implementations and ITSM tools
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting and tool configuration
- 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, or Java
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- US Citizenship
