Job Summary
A company is looking for a Services Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for Time, Billing & Accounting product suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product positioning and influence roadmap
- Design and roll out new processes, best practices, and standards to improve team efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of insurance defense market and/or time, billing, and accounting products
- Experience in program management and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Collaborative, flexible, and ownership mindset
- Expertise in project planning and tracking tools
- Ability to influence others without direct authority
