Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects for both packaged and custom configuration and/or integration services for core and enterprise customers
• Develop an understanding of the Salsify product and advise customers in gathering required data/requirements for successful platform configuration
• Prepare and communicate project status to stakeholders, track progress, issues/risks, and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced, high-tech companies
• Experience leading teams in integrating data source systems with digital retailers and eCommerce platforms
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management competencies and behaviors
• Comfort in utilizing a PSA and other tools as a project's source of truth
• Ability to navigate projects through all stages of their lifecycle and coordinate multiple teams to reach resolution
