Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing QC Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure loans serviced comply with GSE, investor, and company requirements
Review loan quality through internal QC reviews
Stay updated on residential loan guidelines and communicate changes

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of servicing QC or regulatory compliance experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of investor and agency guidelines
Familiarity with mortgage documents and processes
Comfortable using financial and quantitative data
