Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to lead its legal function and provide support across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements with partners and service providers
- Provide practical legal advice on regulations, risks, and compliance related to cryptocurrency and payment services
- Advise on corporate governance and a wide range of legal matters including mergers, acquisitions, and procurement
Required Qualifications:
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role
- Experience in corporate and commercial matters, especially within a growth-stage technology startup
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and DeFi concepts
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote environment
