Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Engagement Senior Manager for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead identification and strategic partnership with key sites for clinical trial execution
• Develop and monitor site operational strategies and performance across therapeutic areas
• Maintain strong relationships with key sites to enhance clinical trial execution

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or High school diploma with relevant work experience in life sciences or medically related field
• Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical research or community research networks
• In-depth understanding of drug development process, clinical trial conduct, and local regulations
• Project and program management skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial management systems
