Job Summary
A company is looking for a Small Balance Collector (Bi-Lingual Preferred) to manage debt recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to debtors
- Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
- Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- SalesForce.com experience is a plus
- Dependable and goal-oriented
