SOC Analyst III
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SOC Analyst III to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assess security system issues and threats, conducting complex analyses on incidents
- Lead incident response efforts, including cybersecurity threats, vulnerability testing, and risk management
- Collect and analyze raw events and alerts, providing feedback to improve detection capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in information security
- Advanced experience with security systems and software, including SIEM and IDS/IPS
- Expertise in vulnerability management for various systems including Web, Windows, and Linux
- Experience with security incident response and leadership
