Job Summary

A company is looking for a social engagement specialist responsible for managing social media community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day interactions and publishing of approved content on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal partners to prioritize customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via social media
  • Protect the brand reputation through effective community engagement strategies

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED and a minimum of four years' experience in digital marketing or customer service, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
  • Extensive experience managing social media for a recognized brand
  • Proven experience in posting content for large, complex brands
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media tools and management platforms
  • Experience in building and maintaining an online community
