Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Social Media to oversee its social media channels and digital communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for beneficiaries and providers
  • Oversee a team of Social Media Customer Service Representatives and ensure performance goals are met
  • Manage content creation and maintain a social media calendar across various platforms

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing social media and resolving customer inquiries
  • Experience in content development and digital initiative execution
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with community management and engagement strategies
