Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for beneficiaries and providers
- Oversee a team of Social Media Customer Service Representatives and ensure performance goals are met
- Manage content creation and maintain a social media calendar across various platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing social media and resolving customer inquiries
- Experience in content development and digital initiative execution
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Familiarity with community management and engagement strategies
