Job Summary

Owning the organic social presence, the full-time Social Media Manager will build and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, engaging authentically with communities to drive brand awareness and customer signups in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the organic social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, focusing on content creation and community engagement
• Engage authentically in online communities related to caregiving and senior safety, turning interactions into brand advocacy
• Analyze engagement metrics to connect content with customer signups and refine strategies based on performance data

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of building organic social engagement that drives revenue and brand awareness
• Experience creating content that resonates with audiences aged 45+, caregivers, and adult children
• Strong writing skills to effectively communicate product messages to target demographics
• Hands-on design sense for creating visually appealing content independently
• Analytical mindset with the ability to set goals and assess performance metrics
