Software Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Analyst - Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software license records and ensure data quality in the Flexera Software Asset Management system
• Create reports and develop Effective Licensing Positions (ELP) for software reconciliation
• Implement Software Asset Management processes and ensure compliance with software license agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Software Asset Management within a corporate environment
• Deep understanding of Software Asset Management best practices, particularly in software license management
• Hands-on experience with FlexeraOne and familiarity with ServiceNow preferred
• Experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to create pivot tables
