Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of desktop and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of the application development life cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead multiple developer teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Manage deployment strategies and coordinate post-deploy support to ensure application reliability
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years managing software development teams
- Proficient in programming languages and technologies including PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, C#, and SQL/TSQL
- Comprehensive experience with database management and development, including MS SQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and SDKs
