Job Summary
A company is looking for a Code Wrangler - Support Tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate, create, and update custom tools to support customer interactions
- Enhance the efficiency of Happiness Engineers by providing essential tooling
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver customer insights and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
- Production experience with programming languages, primarily PHP and JavaScript
- Experience working on large-scale systems for improved performance and scalability
- Knowledge of systems architecture and design patterns
- Ability to travel 3-4 weeks per year for team meetups
- Experience with testing frameworks and performance testing is a plus
