Software Engineer in Test
Job Summary
To enhance the image recognition platform, the full-time Software Engineer in Test will build testing infrastructure, deployment workflows, and release pipelines while collaborating with an Agile team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale products
- Continuously improve testing practices and release processes to ensure product quality and reliability
- Evaluate and implement the latest testing tools and strategies to drive best practices in deployment and release management
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on test automation and deployment pipelines
- Solid experience implementing automated testing strategies within event-driven architectures using technologies like Kafka or Pub/Sub
- Hands-on experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines and release automation
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and testing across distributed systems
- Expertise in using and testing gRPC APIs and/or RESTful APIs
