Key Responsibilities
- Supervise IT teams and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage projects and coordinate workflows across multiple teams
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff professional development plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in IT
- Experience with QuoteToPay solution and end-to-end Java development
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostGreSQL, Oracle, SQL, and/or UDB
- Experience with cloud technology and Agile Scrum Delivery methodology
