Job Summary

- Lead a team of engineers, focusing on hiring, development, and retention of talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in management
- Expertise in software development using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Expert level technical knowledge in OOP, C/C++/Java, and relational databases
- Hands-on experience architecting and supporting highly scalable solutions
