Software Engineering VP
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Software Development Engineer to lead technology solutions and collaborate with various teams to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement complex data pipelines and database development leveraging APIs
- Optimize and improve existing data pipelines and systems while providing technical assessments and documentation
- Develop core services and components, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and maintaining technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on programming experience (e.g., Python, .Net)
- 7+ years of experience with SQL/No-SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostGres)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies (e.g., step functions, Glue, Lambdas)
- Experience with web services API (REST/SOAP)
