Software Partnership Development Lead

Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Software Partnership Development Lead will manage the development and scaling of Honeywell Fire's global software partner ecosystem, focusing on identifying and activating partnerships to enhance product innovation and market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategy aligned with product roadmap and business objectives
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of potential partners to drive value creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies and develop joint solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership within large organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling software or technology partnerships
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IoT, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, R&D, marketing, finance, and sales teams
• Familiarity with marketplace models or platform ecosystems is beneficial
