Software Partnerships Leader

Job Summary

Driving the development of strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Software Partnerships Leader will build and manage a global software partner ecosystem, focusing on partnership strategy, evaluation, and co-innovation to enhance Honeywell Fire's market position and product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmap
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of potential partners across various technology domains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner technologies and drive joint solution development

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership
• Proven track record of building and scaling software or technology partnerships
• Strong understanding of SaaS, IoT, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, R&D, marketing, finance, and sales teams
• Familiarity with marketplace models or platform ecosystems is beneficial
