Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Software Quality Assurance Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive software testing approaches for various applications and solutions
- Manage a team of QA leads and engineers to promote a test-driven development culture
- Oversee software quality service delivery strategy and ensure compliance with established standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in software testing methodologies
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role demonstrating leadership competencies
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium and Katalon
- Experience with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration practices
