Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manual Tester.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct software testing for ServiceNow based applications, including planning and executing test plans
- Create and maintain databases of known test defects and validate test results against business requirements
- Communicate test progress and results to project stakeholders and recommend areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of software testing experience or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- Manual testing and application testing experience required
- Experience with System Development Life Cycle models (primarily Agile, Waterfall possible)
- Ability to create, manage, and execute complex test scenarios
- US Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
