Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as a pre-sales and technology partner to Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide technical expertise and solutions design during the pre-sales process
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to support the successful execution of the sales strategy
• Design automated workflows and lead technical implementations for clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Solution Program Manager
• Extensive knowledge of localization technology, workflows, and standards
• Technical knowledge of neural machine translation, API integrations, and translation management systems
• Experience in pre-sales or project management
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
