Solutions Architect for Inbound AI

Job Summary

Defining the inbound AI methodology for healthcare, the full-time remote Solutions Architect for Inbound AI Deployments will work with health systems to create scalable frameworks and playbooks that guide deployment teams through customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design the core methodology for inbound AI configuration and documentation to establish organizational standards
• Collaborate with health system customers to translate workflows into product requirements and validate configurations against real-world scenarios
• Develop training materials and frameworks to enable deployment teams to execute independently and effectively

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 8+ years of experience in inbound/patient access technology or healthcare operations
• Hands-on experience with inbound AI or contact center automation, including IVR systems and decision tree design
• Proven track record of building repeatable systems and frameworks for consistent execution
• Strong product thinking combined with operational execution skills to manage the entire deployment lifecycle
