Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support prospects during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, conducting demonstrations and providing training
- Assist with technical questions, software configuration, and initial troubleshooting
- Manage pilots/POCs by documenting business objectives and success criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to learn and work with emerging technologies and solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and protocols such as SAML, RADIUS, and OAuth
- Experience with directory services like Microsoft Active Directory and Azure
- Understanding of enterprise software deployment methods
- Ability to map customer requirements into technical solutions
