Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to support prospects during the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, conducting demonstrations and providing training
  • Assist with technical questions, software configuration, and initial troubleshooting
  • Manage pilots/POCs by documenting business objectives and success criteria

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to learn and work with emerging technologies and solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments and protocols such as SAML, RADIUS, and OAuth
  • Experience with directory services like Microsoft Active Directory and Azure
  • Understanding of enterprise software deployment methods
  • Ability to map customer requirements into technical solutions
